Infernal Magical Material Hack
Cecelyne
The grains of silver sand that make up the Endless Desert are more numerous than the stars of all the worlds combined. Priests of Cecelyne will sometimes create weapons from the body of their most honored patron, bringing the weight of her decrees down upon the impious and the lawbreaker. The glass that comes from this process is known as Lynean or Hepian Glass is only allowed to be made by a priest of Cecelyne, although it can be wielded by others who have earned the right to do so.
The unerring statutes of Cecelyne's law are imparted to items made of her sands: weapons rarely miss their targets (add +2 to Accuracy and +1 to Defense) and armor stands firm against those who work against the natural law of the world (attacks with the Piercing tag do not half the armor's soak).
SWLIHN
Solid flame?
Adorjan
Something fluid?
Ebon
Shadow? Ectoplasm? Something dead?
pools of shadow that get left behind when he passes over, either woven into thread by firmin needles or worked into a more metallic form at an altar blessed by Alveua?
Kimbery
The material known as Flamesalt (or Zukta in the Lintha tongue) is the scourge of many who have faced the demon pirates. The acidic salts left behind when Kimbery's waters recede mingle with the ores found beneath her caustic waters and are forged by flameless heat, resulting in a metal that burns through anything... except the flesh of her beloved Lintha. Only wrappings made from the skin of a Lintha (or merely being one to begin with) can keep them from feeling the burn of Kimbery's wrath. Since the Lintha know the secret of working it, it's by far the most common infernal material in Creation.
As a weapon, Flamesalt deals an additional +3L as the edge burns its way through the target's flesh. As armor, the metal adds +2B/+2L, and also dulls any non-magical weapon that touches it, reducing the damage of the weapon by 2 until the acrid residue can be cleaned off.
Isidoros
Hair, sinew, etc. Very bio-MM.
Made from the flesh of the Black Boar himself, the primary difficulty lies in extracting sufficient amounts of Isidoros' flesh without so upsetting him that he crushes you.
Weapons constructed from the flesh of Isidoros share his propensity for carnage and mass destruction, doing truly tremendous amounts of damage. However, such damage is only ever bashing. No weapon made of Isidoros' flesh can cut; even a sword that seems razor sharp will smash through limbs rather than cut them off. In addition, any such weapon is so weighty that they require an additional dot of strength beyond the default to wield.
Szoreny
Mirrorwood. Can only be worked within Kagami? High defense, as it mirrors the moves of one's enemies.
Hegra
Those who walk in the rains of Hegra sometimes see glimpses of weapons seemingly made from the storm itself. Inspired, they gather the materials needed during the downpour, allowing the dreams within the water to soak into them. When next they dream, the artisan finds themselves in a well-stocked workshop, powered by the lightning that constantly strikes outside. Once completed, the artisan finds themselves sitting up in bed, their creation in hand.
Dreamlightning weapons strike in strange ways, and merely parrying or dodging them is truly insufficient. Opponents of those wielding a Dreamlightning weapon find their Physical DVs capped by their Mental DVs before charm use. Once a charm is invoked for defense, the opponent may use their uncapped DV for their base defense value. Dreamlightning armors draw from the fluid nature of dreams, adding half of their wearer's MDDV (round up) to their DDV.
Oramus
The material known as the Worldscale is a scale that has been shed by Oramus' thrashing as he beats against his own wings, trying to escape his prison-self. As befitting for the eldest Primordial, his scales have power over the Wyld that He emerged from. Those who wield items made from worldscale are considered to be one grade lower on the mutation chart when checking for mutation (e.g. Middlemarches are treated as Bordermarches). Worldscale also has power over the inherent Wyldness of moonsilver; add +2 Defense and +1 Accuracy to a worldscale weapon when parrying a moonsilver weapon or striking someone wearing moonsilver armor.
Cytherea
The Mother of All wishes dearly to hold her creation in her arms once more, and the material known as Lifevine allows her to do just that. Similar to the vegetative technology used by the Dragon Kings - in fact, some say it was She who taught the saurians how to use this material - lifevine can take the shape of any sort of wood-based material. Weapons made from lifevine crave to cover themselves with the essence of their targets, causing them to bleed profusely from wounds caused by the weapon. Armor made from the firmly woven material embraces the wearer in Cytherea's love, protecting her from harm; the armor's fatigue penalty is reduced to zero and gains +2B/+2L.
