Every Complex has a rating which in addition to difficulty level also determines the size of ships allowed inside.

Complex Rating and Ship allowance:

1/10 Frigate

2/10 Destroyer

3/10 Cruiser

4/10 Battle Cruiser

5/10 Battle Ship
