Righ-Këjsãre of Arëdighùan

The Righ-Këjsãre of Arëdighùan is the reigning monarch of The Dominion of Arëdighùan. The Name is a combination of Isealabahordi and Dominion Norric Words, the roughly translate to "King-Emperor". The title mixes both Shakrihl and Aphillian in accordance with the multi-cultural and bi-racial situation that the Dominion finds itself in.
The powers of the Righ-Këjsãre are not strictly limited per any legal documentation, and with the exception of a more totalitarian regimes in other nations (i.e. Nathia, Shillikar, and others), are some of the most formidable in the world. The Righ-Këjsãre has explicit power of the courts, with whom they cannot dispute, but can overturn their sentances within the Imperial Court.
The Current Righ-Këjsãre of Arëdighùan is Örjan Körnishenkä (conincidentally he is also the youngest Righ-Këjsãre in the history of the dominion). He ascended the throne in

History
The title was created with the conclusion of the Monarchist Revolution in 1136, by the leader of the revolution, Yrjänä Körnishenkä.
