History
Håvn Seoirse was founded on the grounds of an old fishing village on the Southernmost tip of Arëdighùan, in 1162. Built in honor of the great Monarchist Revolutionary leader, General Seoirse, it was created at the behest of the first Righ-Kesjare of Arëdighùan, Yrjana, who knew that Aredighuan's strategic position within the Calarian Sea could bring people and goods into the country and restart the delaptitated economy.
The growth started small, a city of only three thousand people, but ten years after its founding, the city rose to ten thousand people, and a center of comerce in the Tarian Region. By 1180, the city was the largest in Arëdighùan, and had a population of over two hundred thousand people, and was growing at an exponential rate.
By the time of the great war, the city had reached half a million people and was the wealthiest part of Arëdighùan.
Economy
Shipping
Shipping is one of Håvn Seoirse's largest industries, bringing revenue in the billions to the city, and to Arëdighùan. As the largest port in Arëdighùan, and in Taria, ships and goods are constantly flowing in and out.
Culture
Elitism towards other cities
People from Håvn Seoirse have been known to have a certian swagger about them, in that they are extremely proud to be from the city. And are often very elitist in comparing their city towards the others of Arëdighùan.
