Sûlron, Kingdom of
Capital: Al-Khamar (pop. X)
Government: Monarchy
Population: Humans (80%), Elves, blackfolk, Dwarves
Languages: Brenni, High Brenni, Erro,
Trade: Silver
Overview: X
Mindset & Society: Sûlron is one of the most lawful societies in Éran, and stands in stark contrast to the lands around it. Sûlron is governed by a powerful order of psionicists, the Shaadi, who rule the country with an iron-fist through powerful telepathy. An industrious and expansive state, the people here live by a strict codex that encompasses every aspect of life and is harshly enforced by the Mindlords. Ever since the Shaadi came to power magic has outlawed in Sûlron under penalty of death. Those magic users that did live in Sûlron (already unfriendly towards magic) fled to Altahkir or the Sword Lands where magic was more acceptable. Very few magic-users of any kind bother to enter Sûlron nowadays, as it is generally only a matter of time before the Shaadi discovers it, and few mages have the power to face the collective power of the Shaadi.

Al-Khamar: The capital of Sûlron, Al-Khamar is the largest city in the east and second only to Devi in size on all of Éran. One of the great wonders of the world, the whole city is shaped in one huge circle, with dozens of walls defining the various city-quarters, the more prestigious (and smaller) quarters being near the center (where the Grand Citadel of the enigmatic head of the Shaadi, known simply as "The Master", resides and rules). Not only does the amount of walls make the city virtually impenetrable, it also serves as a highly useful way of ordering the city, by restricting access to various quarters too all save those with appropriate access or business there. The city has always been expanded in circles this way and as the poor quarters on the other side of the outer walls expand, new walls are erected and new quarters built as part of the city to accommodate.
The Great Wall: Sûlron stands protected on its western border from the Sword lands by perhaps the most formidable defense line anywhere in Éran. Along the mountain chain defining its border stands a grand wall that runs the entire length of the western border and has prevented all hostile forces from invading Sûlron ever since it was built 350 years ago.

The King of Oron is in fact one of the original beastmen from the abominations war, awakened after millenia of magical hibernation. Vastly more intelligent and stronger than his modern kin, he quickly subdued the local clans and has since then overseen the rise of Oron. He has taught the hogboblins means of abominating themselves into more powerful creatures and have installed these paragons of their race in various positions of leadership. Oron is currently building itself up for a war with the elves, as their beastman king seeks to settle a truly ancient score.
