a) The United Nations Population Fund is the most supported one, when 140 contries put foward aid to help slow population growth, it is expected to be a success. The USAID program helps out considerably also. Although less money is offered, it still does a lot for those who need the resources. The program that is trying to reduce infant mortality is a very good idea. According to Save The Children, the number of infant deaths had decreased dramatically but 30,000 plus children are still dying from preventable ailments.
