Valdosta-Lowndes County residents are determining how their community will develop population wise.  Residents are in the middle of deciding how their community will grow.  The residents have to plan effectively in order to prevent any population sprawl within their community. Valdosta-Lowndes County consists of a state university, an Air Force,and a theme park.  The state university, an Air Force,and a theme park can contribute to the Valdosta-Lowndes County area to grow rapidly.  Therefore this community needs to plan according to prevent a vast majority of people coming to the area without having the resources to support everyone.

If this was happening in my community the only positive or constructive resolution I can think of is making sure their is a transportation system in place that will accompany the community.  Also their must be aa law or rule enforced within the community to enforce recycling, so wastes can be properly discarded.
