These are the ranks existing so far. They include:
Admin: Can do everything that a user can do.
Sysop: Sysops can do almost anything except for blocking e-mails, bypassing blocks, move root user pages, deleting pages with loads of history, importing files and other pages on the web, patrolling edits, moving files, and etc.
Commander-in-Chief: The rank below Administrators and the rank above Bureaucrats, can block, move, edit, delete, give awards and barnstars, change user groups, protect, rollback, flag, unflag, create bots, and be able to read pages. If a Commander-in-Chief account is not used, it will be ranked down to Exhiled.
Admiral: Admirals are bots that have ranked up their rights and powers to make them a moderator. Can block, move, edit, delete, protect, rollback, flag, unflag, create bots, give awards and barnstars, undelete pages, and are able to read pages.
Bureaucrat: The rank above General. Can move, create bots, flag, unflag, edit pages, rollback, block, delete pages, give awards and barnstars, protect, move, and are able to read pages.
General: Generals can move, delete, block, rollback, edit, protect, give awards and barnstars, create up to three bots, and are able to read pages.
Captain: Captains can move, edit, block, rollback, give awards and barnstars, create up to three bots, and are able to read pages.
Bot: Bots are helpers of Penguinicecipher. Bots can rollback, block, move, delete, give awards and barnstars, edit, automatically edit pages, patrol edits, and be able to read pages.
Major: Can move, edit, delete, rollback, give barnstars, create up to two bots, and are able to read pages.
Lieutenant: Can move, edit, rollback, delete, create up to two bots, give barnstars, and are able to read pages.
Officer: Can edit, rollback, move, create up to two bots, and are able to read pages.
Corporal: Can rollback, edit, move, create a bot, and are able to read pages.
Sergeant: Sergeants are the rank above autoconfirmed users. Can create a bot, edit, and are able to read pages.
Autoconfirmed User: Can edit and read pages.
Not logged in user: Can edit, upload files, and are able to read pages.
Spambot: Spambots are bots that are banned for spamming and vandalism. They can read, but are banned, so they can't edit.
Exhiled: These accounts can only read, but are year-banned from editing.
Expelled: Can only read pages, locked from other powers, perma-banned.
Kicked Bot: Kicked bots are bots that are perma-banned and when they try to log in, nearly no pages will be readable.
