Cipher Contest

During the contest, judges, golden judges, platinum judges, judge bots, and emperor penguins will choose to vote, and decide to do with the rules.

Judge: Can edit, delete, move, give awards and barnstars, and other sysop powers.

Golden judge: Similar rights to judges, but can accept votes.

Platinum judge: They can protect pages, unlike golden judges.

Judge bot: These are judges who are also bots.

Emperor penguin: These users are promoted from golden penguins.

Golden penguin: Can promote users, give awards and barnstars, edit, protect, and more powers.

Young penguin: Unlike participants, they can rollback and protect pages.

Participant: Just a normal contest participant.
