Jennifer Majewski's Artichoke Dip

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 (14 oz.) jar artichoke hearts in brine, drained
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 Tbsp. garlic, minced (or to taste)
Directions
Mix all ingredients lightly. Place in an ovenproof casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve with crackers, bread chunks, or tortilla chips.
