Santa Elva

Santa Elva is seen in Ace Combat X: Skies of Deception. The geography around the city of Santa Elva has rolling hills. The Lena River, the largest Aurelian river divides North and South Aurelia. The location of the city as the main transportation link between the two regions of Aurelia and also is a possible inland water link to the open ocean.

Santa Elva was captured by the Leasath Military and used as a matinence station for the Airborne Fortress Gleipnir. After heavy combat in mid-2020, during the Leasath-Aurelia War, the Gleipnir suffered immense combat damage. It's Digital Optical Stealth (DOS) Technology was destroyed and it's SWBM Missile Launch ports were rendered useless, along with external and internal damages.
During matinence in Santa Elva, after landing in the Lena River, the Gleipnir was attacked by an Aurelian Fighter Squadron, lead by Gryphus 1. The Gleipnir had no time to complete any major repairs and was forced to launch into combat. Using conventional weaponry and without any DOS and SWBM Weaponry, the Gleipnir was engaged by a swarm of Aurelian fighters and Gryphus 1. After being stripped of it's conventional weaponry and becoming completely defenseless, the captain of the Gleipnir took control of the fortress and performed a shocking feat. of the Gleipnir's maneuverability. The captain rolled the Gleipnir onto it's back and flew upside down in order to fire use it's shock cannon as an air-to-air weapon. Despite this the Gleipnir was destroyed by Gryphus 1 and fell into the Lena River. Santa Elva was taken soon afterwards.
