The Republic of Romny is located on the south Yuktobanian Border on the Yuktobanian Continent.

In 1987, after conflict within the Republic of Kaluga, the Yuktobanian Military had launched an offensive in Romny. The goal of the operation was to destroy coup d'tat forces led by the Heum Administration within Romny. The battle itself was full of blood and genocide. The battle ended in a Yuktobanian victory, but at a high price on each side.

The current status of Romny is unknown.
