Twinkle Islands

Twinkle Islands is the only island chain in Erusian territory. It is surrounded by the Spring Sea, which covered the boundaries of the Usean & Osean Continent and is located near the Erusian west coast.
Usean Rebellion (Op. Gambit)
In *1998, at the beginning of the campaign to combat the Usean Rebellion, the allied Usean Forces began to move equipment into forward deployed positions against the Usean Rebels. An allied Usean Aircraft Carrier was en route to the Twinkle Islands. As it came into visual range of the Twinkle Island Airbase and Naval Station, Usean rebel bombers and their escorts began to attack the Airbase.
In 1998, Usean Rebels have launched bombers to destroy the last remnants of the allied forces that were located at Twinkle Island AFB. Scarface 1 was sent in to single handedly eliminate all bombers & escort aircraft.
Usean Continental War - (Op. Judgment Day)
On September 26, 2005. Mobius Squadron (ISAF Air Force, 118th Tactical Fighter Wing)was sent to the region to destroy Megalith, a fortress designed to destroy fragments of the 1994XF04 asteroid. While heading towards the base, the remnants of Aquila Squadron (Erusean Air Force, 156th Tactical Fighter Wing) formed up to counter Mobius. It led to an air battle between the best of their countries, in the end Aquila fell to the ISAF Forces. Mobius 1 was able to destroy the power generators to gain entry to the main port. He destroyed the cruise missile & disabled Megalith. The cruise missile inside the fortress or outside were nuclear weapons is still a mystery to this day.
