This quest starts by examing the "Tome of Animatus". You received this at the end of Vanishing Rewards

• You need to re-animate the tome. Enter the Chamber of Animation.
• Inspect the anvil. A NPC version of the book will spawn. It will tell you to kill a scaleborn animator and 4 scaleborn sentinel builders. These all spawn in the room with the anvil.
• Next, examine the two pools in the room.
• Return to the Shade of Bylze
