Expedition to the Barren Sky
This quest starts by speaking with Jabber Longwind at the port up spot on Temple grounds in TT. You'll listen to him ramble about a war. Tell him you hate the name of the war and that he should change it to The Feathered Fray
- From the spire in TT on Scavenger, go to BS. Speak with Jabber Longwind who will be standing next to the spire in BS.
- Take the cloud to Whisperwind and climb up to the elders. (Near banker on 3rd level)
- Talk to the Gentle Breeze on Cloudmist
- You must kill the Ghastly Overcast for the Gentle Breeze to spawn. The PH are nebulous haze.
- Kill:
- 10 Bloodscale breeders for quest updates. Only roaming breeders give the update.
- Harvest blast-filled bedrock nodes (on Isle of Awakening)
- 10 Crystalline burrower (On Blackwind Isle)
- Return to Cloudmist and speak with the Gentle Breeze again.
- Return to the Elders on Whisperwind.
