Storming the Necropolis

Naggy will automatically give you this quest once you've completed "Serving a New Master"

1. Enter Deathtoll
2. Run up to the Dragon Like Mouth
3. Enter it
4. Return to Naggy

Naggy will give you a scale. Take this scale to his armorer. It's the relic armor NPC. He will craft for you a symbol which can be used to get past the fire breath.
