Book of Translation Quest

To talk to the NPCs in the second town, you need a Book of Translations, as they all speak Elven. To get this book, go to Elf Town and talk to the elves unsuccessfully, then see Jirec Tidry. Say: Book of Translations, Book, Help, Book, Yes, Bye. He is requesting pages to make this book. He will not tell you how many you need, however if you have 40 I am certain he will make you the book. I only needed to have 29, so check back with him every 5 or so after you get 10. WARNING: It is possible for Jirec Tidry to BURN UP all your pages like a complete moron when he is trying to make a book... the best way to avoid this, I suppose, is to come with more pages, but that is only a guess. NOW TO TALK TO ALL THE ELVES: Go to the Elf Mayor type lady (she says she is the leader of the town) and say "Show". This is because Elvylia wanted you to show the Leaf-shaped Medallion to the ancients. Now all the Elves will talk to you and not look at you suspiciously.
