Ryuu Tōjō

Captain Ryuu Tōjō is a recently-suspended officer in Toyoda’s forces. Initially in charge of an infantry company, he was placed in command of the entire Hokkaidō force when Major Sasaki left for Honshū. Once a respected captain, Tōjō’s credibility was significantly weakened after managerial ineptitude led him to instigate a number of heavy-handed measures that reduced the island’s inhabitants to Orwellian slavery. He was ousted following an insurrection led by CivGeneral, and per Mr. Toyoda’s orders his commission has been suspended to give him time for self-reflection.
