Moscow (Russian: Moskva) is the capital city of Russia and the administrative capital of the Eastern Union. It was devastated first during the Second Napoleonic War, then as the Combine base of operations during the Combine Insurgency, and then again by the zombie menace. We can only imagine the condition of the place in Part II.
