God, also known as Yahweh, Allah, and about a thousand other things depending on which religion you ask, is omniscient, and omnipotent, but for some reason never does anything. The reason for this will depend on who you ask: A theist will tell you he works in mysterious ways, an atheist will tell you he doesn't exist.
