Charles Li is a frequenter of the NES forums who showed some interest in DYOS 10 for a while. He for a while kept asking people to make a comic for him due to his lack of paint, then eventually made one and vanished for the remainder of the thread.

He also posted a bunch of comics in Draw Your Own NES.
