Mordecai Juden Wolfowitz (born July 5, 1936 in Archivan, Drassendach) is a Joo who is notable as a member of a rock band during the 1960s called during The Neo Bitels and later as a comic strip writer and television producer. He is most famous for his award-winning politically-themed comic strip Starred and Striped which began running in 1999 and for his long-running TV drama The name's PC.
