The Sick Grossewer Milirat's can be found all through the underground, to get there you must travel through the cave at 6, -19. If you defeat over the stated amount of rats during a battle, it counts as completed. Note that the first chance you can get to do this quest is when you are at Level 6. It would be dangerous to try and complete it alone, because Sick Milidisewersting Rats can be Level 10, 13, and 16.,19
