You have to show up on Saturday to pass the Shodanwa level evaluation.

Beat a player in fight
Talk to Pandawushu Master

Rewards 

30.000 XP

It has been confirmed by the Ankama Development Support team that this quest is currently in-complete. As of current, it is impossible to update this quest beyond the Shodanwa level. There is currently no information on when this quest will be completed.
