User Items

User items are special items created by users for sale in their user shops. The items can't be as complicated as items made by Francis. (For example, you can't reproduce the functions of a Life-Shroom, of stick items to users or posts.) The items can be made to restore or take away HP, refill MP, make relationships, use MP (for really big effects), use a service (of the user's decision, like for a Sig Maker or other function), or even just be a collectible with no function other than aesthetic. Item creation cost is 5 coins, plus a certain amount depending on what the item will do. (Relationships and services are no extra creation cost.) The user items can then be used in identical ways to items created by Francis.
