Wei Grandmothers

The Wei Grandmothers are a collection of the elderly ladies in the Wei Society that act equally as gossip mongers and a small coven of hedge magicians within the complex. Lao Ma acts as head of the Grandmothers, using them to hold sway over half the complex. Using wives tales and home remedies, the Grandmothers keep the residents in good health, with Miao Yin acting as both caretaker and warden for the elderly ladies. If she didn't nag them about things, they'd be out buying their groceries in the snow, which is no place for 70 year old women.
