Rural Road looks to be in his 50's, slightly overweight, balding with grey hair and a perpetual smile, always wearing a plaid suit that looks like it probably went out of style before it was even crafted, as well as a tie which reads his name "Rural Road". The eternal civil servant, he serves as both an ally and check against Main Street's expansionistic urges. Although they may have their differences, he is cut from the same cloth as Main Street and lives only to serve both his constituents and the City itself. Clean drinking water, clear skies, and a trouble free rural area are his main objectives. Much like his counterpart, he always speaks with the royal "We".

Rural Road recent visited Jarrod and aided him with finishing his homestead, an act of gratitude from the City for his help with the pain demon rockers.

"Well now this is a dilly of a pickle the county's got itself in..... we'd be grateful for any assistance you could throw our way."
