Masi Masakashi

Masi Masakashi is the sole Japanese resident within the Wei Society, moving in during the same period as David Parkman. Masi holds a job as a short order cook at a nearby teriyaki restaurant and was in the process of looking for a new apartment until recently. A shinto priest and a sensitive, Masi was alerted if not fully aware of the odd events going on surrounding Hao Wei and the others within the complex. Once Hao explained the events going on, Masi agreed to perform in the ritual to trap the demon Renxli, taking on a War Form of a Japanese Samurai. Dewei, at Lao Ma's prompting, visited him after the ritual and found Masi battered and bruised. Since the ritual, Masi had been "struck" by every spiritual being he passed, leaving welts and bruised on his body where the two had come in contact with. After talking with Dewei, Masi touched his family's antique Onusa, releasing his grandfather, the fox-spirit Ichiro. Possessed by his grandfather for a period of time, Masi now is learning about his skills from his grandfather and Dewei.
