Easton County Spirit Council

The Easton County Spirit Council meets once per year for one week. During this time a representative from each element surveys and assesses the land. They also speak to the regional shaman, formally Vanessa Onatah and currently Jarrod Ng, who alerts them to any specific needs of the land. Although the council works closely with Rural Road, they fall under the jurisdiction and authority of their respective elements. Currently the Fire Envoy's position remains unfulfilled.
