The episode scheduled to have been shown on Friday 24th November 2006 was to have been a contestant named Amanda Edwards. Earlier in the week the show was due to be aired Amanda's stepson Gareth died, and the decison was made to postpone the show indefinately out of respect. In its place an episode from April 2006 was repeated - Kirsty Hardle's game. Amanda's name was included in the closing credits sequence of Alfie's game on New Years Eve 2006 among all the other players in airdate sequence.

Over six years later, the episode was finally broadcast on British television on Friday, 19th April 2013, on the digital channel Challenge who were repeating the series from the start. She dealt the fourth offer of £13,500 and had 10p in the box.
