  • 25th - Lloyd Park. 1000 hrs. A party of 4 Redpoll sp, at least one of them (preening and viewed from the rear) showing a pale greyish rump with scattered darker streaks and therefore assumed to be C.f.flammea (Mealy Redpoll). (John Parish)

  • 15th - South Norwood Lake (10am): Lesser Spotted Woodpecker calling / flying low over playground in NE corner towards Maberley Road (Gavin Hawgood)
  • 15th - Chapel Bank - Buzzard, 2 Marsh Tit, 250 Woodpigeons (Ted Forsyth)
  • 15th - Norwood Junction Station 11:20hrs 1m Sparrowhawk, 2 Pied Wagtail (John Watson)
  • 14th - Markfield - At 7.30am a flock of at least 600 Woodpigeons flew NW over Selsdon Wood and the birds were frequently seen circling round during the day (Ted Forsyth)
