This started when A Fan, an EGS Bunny, noticed the comic was under surveillance. He posted a thread called Invasion Alert. Soon, the EGS Defence Force was set up. Fans of other webcomics, notably the CRFH!!! Boardies, decided to help. A webcomic, Operation Lagomorph, was set up, detailing the forum's response to the threat of EOU.
