You roll over and tightly pull your sheet around you. Everything else can wait for a while, you're still to sleepy and hung over to get up right now. Closing your eyes again you sigh and relax. Within two minutes you are in a deep dreamless sleep.
After two hours or so you wake up again. Even after such a short nap you feel much better than you did. The headache is gone and so has the queasy feeling. You give a slight sigh as you face up to the fact that you can't bounce back from a wild night like you used to. Another reason to feel bad about getting older.
But you can't wallow in self-pity all day. You stretch out, rolling your shoulders and flexing your arms and legs wide. It might be Saturday but you can't spend the whole day in bed. It's time for you to get up and do something. But what are you going to do first?
