You ignore the man on the stretcher and talk to paramedic

You go and pull the paramedic away to ask him whats going on but instead of explaining but you see the paramedic has a huge bite mark on his hand. You ask how that happened but the man see lost and you too ask serval times before he even acknowleges you. He seems spaced out and confused. Then the man on the strecher jumps up and attacks a man nearby you look at it in horror as the man rips the flesh of the other apart. In your distraction you have turned your back to the paramedic who jumps on your back and bites you on the neck. You push the man off but are shouting in agony.Blood sprays from your neck until you bleed out.
