You take the 2 on the right and Mario takes the left 2. You open fire on the right 2 and kill them. Mario also takes down his 2. You 2 run up to the helicopter as it lands and rip out the people in it. You can drive a copter but Mario cannot. You take the drivers seat and Mario jumps in the other seat. You take off but the San Andreas and Vice City airforces are called on you.
