You leap to your feet, knocking rats from your body, and run forward blindly, feeling the walls for any sign of a way out. Eventually you spot a dim light up ahead. You stumble towards it, and soon find yourself at the bottom of a ladder leading up to an open man-hole. Wondering if you have gone around in a circle, you climb up towards the light, and emerge in the middle of a busy street. The manhole has been fenced off with red-and-white boards and traffic cones, and a couple of astonished-looking workmen are staring at your near-naked body and dripping panties which are still full of mushy poo.
