Where are you?/Yell for help?

You yell for someone, anyone, to come get you off of the table. As if to answer you, a door behind you opens and you can see someone walking by you, it's a young woman. She picks up a small key and unlocks a giant padlock to to the restraint that held down your arms. You can now move your arms. She slides the key into a pant pocket, and writes on a clip board she pulled out of seemingly nowhere.
