You wait for a few minutes, and then the door opens.
"Yay!" you utter. "My roommate!"
You are astonished, when a handsome young man is the one walking into the room.
"Umm, are you lost?" you ask the stranger.
He is startled. "Who said that?!" he shouts, his eyes probing the room anxiously.
"Me," you reply. "I live here."
"Oh, you," he says, relieved. "Well, I live here, too."
"Wait. You're my roommate?" you scoff. "No offense, but I thought you'd be a girl."
"Hm," he replies, taking that in. "Well, I'm a guy."
"Sorry," he adds.
"It's okay," you laugh.
