WAS: Dismount and wait to see if anything happens

You dismount and hide in some nearby bushes. Knowing the reputation of this swamp you doubt that the bandit is asleep nor that he died from natural causes. Your suspicions are soon confirmed, next to the dead body a creature arises. His body had been completely covered in leaves which combined with his green skin made him virtually invisible to the human eye.
You look at the monster. It has razor sharp claws and teeth that can tear a limb from a man. He stands over three meters tall due to his long slim limbs that gives him a sizable reach advantage over you. His green hide appears rubbery and his hair is dark green with lots of algae stuck in it. Curiously enough his crotch is covered with animal hide forming something that looks like underwear; maybe this creature is more intelligent than it looks.
You’ve never meet a fiend like this, you heard stories and eye witnesses of these kind of monsters but never seen one yourself. He moves up to the dead human and begins to feed on him. You believe that these kinds of creatures are called trolls. Should you fight this creature or quietly sneak away?
