You go inside the bathroom and are surprised to see two boys stripped down to their underwear making out. They look to be about 14 and you search your memory for them. The brown-skinned boy to the right is Adan, and the pale blond on the left is Colin. As you took the time to recall that, Adan noticed something, and he turns and sees you.
