Try to stand up and call out to Heidi

That hurts more than you planned, and you nearly black out as you crash back to the ground. "We lost, but at least we tried," you think, and prepare yourself to fade away...
"Oh you're alive!" Heidi cries out.
Heidi is still alive! You open your eyes and she stands above you. She looks magnificient - like an amazonian queen of battle!
Blood runs down her left breast, and her upper thighs are coated with more blood. Her face and chest is spattered with gray and yellow jelly. And - to your dismay since you hoped it was all a bad dream - she still has the shaft of a goblin spear going into her belly button with a trickle of blood seeping down into her soiled cheerleading skirt. Both Heidi and the spear shakes something awful and she has to keep both hands on the spear handle to steady it. You see the body of a goblin convulse right behind her - the captain!
Heidi looks at you with a grim face, but you see great concern in her eyes.
"I..." she starts but stops. The way the goblin's death-throes is fucking her apparently causes her a great deal of distress.
"I killed the goblins... but now I don't know what to do. Please don't die and leave me here alone," she says in a much more meek voice.
You:
- Let darkness engulf you now that everything is lost
- Tell Heidi to kneel down beside you and to hold your hand, then use your knife to end her misery
- Tell Heidi to be strong and think of the German girls that are this close to being rescued
