You flash your hatchet upward to block Marie's strike.

She sees your motion and in an incredible display of quickness and dexterity, shifts the knife from her left to her right hand mid-strike. Her hand ducks under your hatchet and the knife stabs deeply into your chest.

You drop to the ground, your weapon tumbling from your grasp. Marie has mercy on you.

Rather than letting you bleed out, she picks up your fallen hatchet and with one blow separates your head from your body.
