He has to pay for the crime he committed. Ignoring his plea, you knock him out cold before watching around. You spot an empty cart, which must be the bandits's intended for transporting their ill-gained goods. You tie them all up and load them onto it to take them back to town. By the time you reach the town's barrack, they haven't waken up yet. Looks like you beat them quite hard.

"These bandits tried to rob me on my way to the neighboring town. I think it's my duty to send them here.".

You speak with no doubt huge pride. First day of your adventure and you have done great justice. The guard reacts with clear joy, as he tells you to wait for him reporting to Guard Captain. Bigger fuss than it should be for some mobsters, you think.

Soon a tall, pale man emerges from the barrack along with the guard, and without his introduction, you wouldn't think he is the Captain. He greets you with equally joy to his subordinate, but as soon as his eyes lay on the unconscious peasant bandits, that joy fades away, an disappointment takes its place. He sighs.

"I'm sorry, I didn't mean to offend you, ma'am. We are really grateful for you taking care of such vermin. To tell you the truth, this area is plagued by a band of bandits. Many caravans have been plundered, travelers have been skinned. We attempted many times to get rid of them for good, but they are too cunning and easily overwhelm us. So when I heard that a lady warrior brought some bandits here, I hoped...Ma'am, I can see you are a capable warrior. Is it too much if we request your help in this?"
