Throw the pizza out the window

You cross the room and open a window. Pizza is great, but it would just distract you from more important business, such as getting Helen naked and horizontal. She looks puzzled when you take the box from her hand and then alarmed when you approach the window. She hops off the bed and tries to grab the pizza away from you.
“You can’t throw it out!” she says. “You mustn’t!”
In the course of the struggle, you somehow find yourself toppling out the window. You didn’t realize how high up this hotel room was. You hit the ground hard. You try to get up, but your arms don’t seem to be working right. You struggle for a bit, then pass out.
You wake up in a hospital bed. Both your arms are in plaster casts from your shoulders to your wrists. Your hard-on is making a little tent in the crotch of your white hospital gown.
