Throw Shoes

From Create Your Own Story

You wet your finger, still crusted with dirt, and stick it high into the air. The breeze licks your hand, and you feel positive about the direction of the wind. You methodically take each of your shoes off, and fling one toward the west and a big oak tree, and the other one east, toward a creek bed at the bottom of a bank.

You figure if one shoe is nearby, the other one must be close. The rocks on the ground are hurting your feet now, though.
