The mayor is a greedy and sleazy man

You enter a wide study. There are windows outside giving great view of the nearby town. There is a large desk with a study and a fat well-dressed man sits at it. His eyes rises up to meet the group of adventurer that just barged into his office. "What is this? Who are you?"

Blackhand presents the group somewhat rapidly and tell the mayor that they are here to help with the undead. The man surprisingly doesn't seem all that joyful at receiving aids from such a wonderful group you think. Or maybe he's just hiding his expression.

"I see. I am Mayor Ulvan. Well I don't know what you've been told but our guard has the undead situation under control."

Blackhand smirks a bit. "Is that so? We've heard a different story from Waterdeep. Sounds like the officials wants the situation solved permanently."

The mayor grinds his teeth and stares daggers at Blackhand. Unbeknownst to you, the mayor has just been forced to offer a reward. A reward he'd rather keep to himself. And Blackhand knows about it.

Blackhand soon enough asks you all to leave while he discuss things over with the mayor. Jul nods and guide your group outside. You wait on the entrance of the manor, examining the town. For a town under undead attack, it's not in such a bad state but it's not looking good either.

A few moments later, Blackhand returns and announce they'll be heading towards the nearby cemetery. Jul asks about the reward and Blackhand announce they'll be well-compensated. You smile as all ends that ends well.

Your group next prepare to head towards the graveyard.
