"Sure, I understand. But where is your room anyway?"

"Dorm 6, room 24."

"Really, because my room is in dorm 6. I'm in room 16. guess I'll have to come with you anyway,eh..." Said Kaitlynn, trying to remember her name.

"Oh sorry, my name is Katie."

"Kaitlynn. Let me tell you about our school. First of all, the people you just met are part of the Ciclos gang. They're not afraid to hit a woman, I can tell you that. They own the southern side of town. Clubs, the beach, Stores, those kind of places."

"And does anybody do something about them?"

"Nope, and sadly, i does not look like they'll stop anytime soon. Then you also have 'The Snake pit of Westfall'. The drug gang of town. They make it all, from a simple joint, to hardcore drugs like Krokodil."

"Krokodil?"

"Don't ask, it is really heavy. Finally, you have 'The screwless'. They don't even have a goal. They just vandalize everything they they. If you ever see one, just turn around and walk away, got it?"

Katie nodded, although she was really unsure now. She felt like anyone would murder her right now.

By now, they have reached dorm 6.

"Here we are, room 24 is on the top floor, to your right. I'm in room 16 if you need me."

"Thanks for showing me around, and I'll see you later." Katie smiled at Kaitlynn, and walked upstairs.

"You're welcome."

Katie put her key in her dorm room door. and opened it. It was a room with two beds stacked on each other, and two desks. There was already a small girl in the room. A small girl with black hair in a pixie cut, with piercing blue eyes. She wore a black lace blouse over a leather half corset, which was on top of a black camisole. Below her waist, she wore a flowing black skirt that had lace accents around it.

"Hello, I'm Katie and you must be Ellen."

Ellen looked at the girl and simply said:

"Hello."

There was an awkward silence.

"So," asked Katie, "Do you like the campus so far?"

"It's nice, I guess."

Silence

"Do you enjoy being far away from home?"

To be fair, I kind of miss my family already

Of course I do, I love the feeling of independence
