You tell him that night and he says that it is okay. You leave the next day and get there, only to realize that they had moved away, you search for them until you are due, not knowing if they are alive.
On the day that you are due, you find them already dead, in a cemetery in North Carolina. You start to cry when suddenly you go into labor. You whip out your cell phone and call the ambulance, and they come pick you up. You deliver a baby girl, and you are very happy yet sad that you will have to giver her away.
The doctor who treats you is twenty years older. When you get out of the hospital, he asks if you want to go to get coffee with him. You accept.
That night you wake up in a bed you don't know with a note on the nightstand. It says that the doctor had drugged you and brought you to a hotel, where he did "things that you would kill me for." You shake with fear when you read the last line: "I've been watching you since the crash and I love you, and if you stay with me, then I won't kill them." You know that them means your family, and you become very frightened. Then the doctor walks in.
"We're married now," he says to you as he lays next to you in the bed. He stabs you with a syringe and you pass out. When you wake up, you are someplace different, in a cage. You hear cries of other women and you look outside your cage. The sign says that this place is a warehouse, but you know better. There are women in every cage that you can see, and men carrying or leading women to different rooms, where you hear their screams or begging and pleading next. A man opens your cage and asks you to follow him. What do you say?
