Breaking news, a serial killer has escaped from prison and is on the loose. The killer is Shawn Carson and he is extremely dangerous. The police insist that Carson is not a threat to Charter Town and that all available officers are focused on catching 'The Ninja Rapist'. In the meantime citizens should stay inside to avoid getting raped or killed.
