TT: Find a weapon

You decide to find a weapon. If that vampire wants to shut you in with him, you'll give him a run for his money!
You thought you saw some knives in the kitchen, so you go back there. Sure enough, there's a pile of knives. You pick up a nice big one. It's rusty and absolutely useless unless you want to give someone tetanus. You pick up a few more. No luck. They were made before the invention of stainless steel. You're about to turn away when a glint catches your eye. One knife isn't rusted. You pick it up. The blade is badly tarnished, and of a different texture than the other ones. In the few spots not consumed with tarnish, you catch your own reflection. Silver, you realize. This blade is coated with silver! Too bad you're not dealing with a werewolf. You tuck the knife into your belt, feeling a bit more safe despite yourself.
Vampires are vulnerable to stakes, aren't they? you think. You wish you had more to go on than those Hollywood movies. You're well set for dealing with any natural terrors, but supernatural?
